The new moon in Aries on Friday marks a good time for starting new projects.  A time to throw your heart and soul into something that is creative ... although it may turn out to be a short lived effort on your part the longer terms effects will be well worth it ... if not necessarily in the way that you might have expected them to be

Mercury moves into Taurus today which means that all forms of communication will consolidate itself ... letters that have been written will have an outcome ... discussions that have been made recently will have a fruitful result.  Beware of the need to say what you feel about things to others this week ... don't harbour negative feelings ... if you feel something say it ... you will only breed anger and upset if you don't.

Mars moves into Gemini today also so beware of scattering your energies too far and too widely ... burn out, especially mentally, could be a result .. and beware of taking too much on .. you'll only wear yourself out!

The sun moves into Taurus today which will bring a steadying effect to our lives, slow us down and allow us to take some time out to see the daisies grow! Venus moves into Gemini on Friday so possible romance issues coming to the fore.

Having now surpassed the moon being full in Scorpio yesterday - things should be a little less intense for us all this week.  Don't dwell on any emotional 'explosions' that may have occurred last week - they will prove to have had a 'clearing' effect for you

A fairly quiet week this week in terms of planetary activity, so perhaps a week to take a rest from recent issues, to gather your strength and to think about your future.  Dreams and hopes and wishes for the future may be an influence on your emotions this week.

Two planets move into retrograde motion this week - Mercury and Neptune.  Mercury will slow down any forms of communication ... so if you are waiting for the answer to something in your life you may have to wait for a while, or at least a couple of weeks until Mercury resumes it course.  As for Neptune, perhaps the need to put your dreams on hold for the moment.  I think that the two are connected - saying that perhaps you need to be a little realistic about life and what you can achieve for a few weeks.

The sun moves into Gemini on Wednesday which should liven things up a little!  With Venus moving into Cancer on Tuesday and as we approach the full moon in Sagittarius next Sunday things might be a little emotionally volatile this week!  Beware of emotional and what you say to others.  Motto of the week ... think before you speak!

The moon full in Sagittarius today will probably dominate the week.  This should have the effect of clearing out of old, stagnant emotions leading to growth and development in your life. On Wednesday Mars moves into Cancer putting a double emphasis on emotions, but after the initial shift things should settle down a little - thank goodness!

Just as Mercury comes out of retrograde on Friday ... freeing up delays in communications ... so Uranus goes into retrograde on Monday. Uranus is currently in Aquarius, and my feeling is that this placing will help to calm down some of the sense of 'anticipation' that has been hanging over us for a while now. For those of you who have commented on just how 'wound up' the world and people seem to have been of late, I feel that there will be some respite from this over the coming summer months.

Venus is moving into Leo next Saturday ... a time to express your love in the most genuine of ways possible. There is a new moon in Gemini on Monday ... sow the seeds of your thoughts and you will reap the benefits before the month is out.

The sun moves into cancer on Saturday bringing with it a gentleness to our lives.  My prediction is that the weather will change with it and we can enjoy some relaxing time in the sunshine and warmth.
