Any Spare Coins?

The John Pounds Heritage Appeal would be very grateful for any donations towards the building of the cobblers shop in the grounds of their church in St.Mary Street, Old Portsmouth.  The new building will re-create the original premises of John Pounds "who cared for the neglected children who once roamed  the narrow streets and alleys of the old town" and which naturally developed into the Portsmouth Ragged School.  The new cobblers shop should become a source of educational inspiration for the current children of the area.  If you would like to pass on your pennies to me I will forward them for you.
