Orange Chocolate Fingers

 

Ingredients

6 oz plain flour

4 oz margarine

2 oz icing sugar

2 tablespoons orange juice

Grated rind of one large orange

Molten chocolate to dip the ends of the fingers in

 

Method

1)      Beat sugar, margarine and grated rind together until creamy

2)      Work in the flour , adding eth orange juice after each addition of the flour, keeping the mixture soft

3)      Put the mixture in a  piping bag with a number 8 star tube inserted

4)      Pipe in finger lengths of about 3 inches long onto a greased baking tray

5)      |Make at 350 F or gas mark 4 or 177C for 15 to 20 minutes

6)      When cold dip both ends into the chocolate and give them a nice thick coating

7)      EAT
