
Ingredients
1)
8oz
2) ¼ pint of strong ale
3) mustard
4) 6 rounds of hot brown toast
5) fillets of anchovy
Method
1) Slice cheese thinly and place in an oven proof dish
2) Dot with mustard and pour in the ale
3) Cook in hot oven at 400 deg F – gas mark 6 – 200C for 10 o 12 minutes until the cheese is of creamy consistency
4) Spoon over the toast and garnish with eth anchovy fillets and then enjoy
