The Norfolk Churches Trust
Annual Sponsored Bike Ride

Norman Church at Castle Rising, Norfolk
The Norfolk Churches Trust is a registered Charity which was founded in 1976 and makes grants to historic churches and chapels of all denominations in Norfolk towards repairs and restorations. Many of Norfolk’s churches date from early mediaeval and Saxon times and are a very important part of our heritage. Since its inception the Trust has raised money to make grants to more than 580 different churches and chapels totalling over £3.1 million
Each year I make a point of being a part of this event (Generally I only miss it when my Offshore schedule is such that I am offshore when the event takes place)
This year the cycle ride will be taking place on the 14th of September and I shall be a part of it once again.
If any members of the Soulgrowth Community would like to sponsor me on this ride then you can e-mail me on david.iosson@hess.com or ian_iosson@yahoo.com for further details.
All money raised will be split evenly between the Trust and any church or chapel of choice.
Last year I cycled some 80 miles on the event so it is best not to sponsor per mile covered or church visited – but rather a simple donation for completion of the event makes things much simpler.
Many thanks for your consideration
