We are really lucky to have our own Italian chef as a friend of this site ... and a gorgeous one at that! Mauro from Genoa has contributed one of his 'special' recipes ...
Take a thick slice of ham and cut into small cubes. Melt some butter in a frying pan, add the ham and some green peas. When the ham begins to colour, pour in some double cream. Pour the sauce over some freshly cooked penne pasta ... yummm!
