I live with my daughter Holly.  My other three children Sophie,  Nick and Sarah live nearby. I have also recently become a nanna for the very first time which is a marvellous experience. My little grandson Clarke's website can be viewed here www.babyhare.com and if you scroll down the page you can see some photographs of him. 

I  have a few cats left over from when the children were at home (!) and last year I inherited Bertie from my dear old mum who sadly passed away at Christmas 2002. Just recently "Harry" has come to live with me ... there is little doubt that I am getting quite eccentric in my old age!

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religious Studies, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and  a Masters degree in Education.  All have been gained through the Open University a wonderful institution which I can thoroughly recommend!  I am currently studying for a Doctorate degree in Education.  My current research interests are how lifelong learning enhances personal growth in people ... you can keep up to date with my research findings here 

I have also studied Catholic Theology and have counselling and hypnotherapy qualifications

I currently lecture in Social Psychology for the Open University and in  Astrology and Tarot Studies both for Fareham College and in my private practice.  Follow this link to find out more about the courses I teach.  The mission statement for our teachings can be found here.  My aim has always been to strive to achieve academic recognition for these subjects and the first level courses are now accredited by an academic awarding body.  I am currently working on existing advanced courses that will extend the vocational programme.  I am also working on writing some new courses.
